Eadon Lockwood & Riddle has been working on your doorstep since 1840, making us one of the oldest and most established estate agents in the country. A lot has changed in the world of property over the past 180 years, but our commitment to honest, personal service and our passion for helping people find the right home have remained constant throughout.

We are a proudly independent company, entirely owned and run by our Directors, who each take an active, hands-on role in the business. This means that when you choose ELR, you’re not dealing with a faceless national chain; you’re working with people who genuinely care about the outcome, know their local areas inside out, and take real pride in the service they deliver.

Over the decades, we have grown to five offices across Sheffield, Rotherham, the Peak District and the Hope Valley, offering a full range of residential sales and lettings services, and our success is built on the relationships we have forged with our clients over generations, many of whom have returned to us time and time again throughout their property journey.
