Step 1: Tell us what you’re looking for.
Your journey begins with a conversation. Step 2: View your perfect property.
Once we’ve identified properties that suit your needs, we’ll arrange viewings at a time that’s convenient for you. Our team will be on hand to answer any questions and give you an honest, informed view of each property.
Step 3: Application & referencing.
Found the one? We’ll take care of the paperwork. Once you and your landlord have agreed on the terms, we’ll carry out all necessary reference checks and prepare your tenancy agreement, keeping things moving as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Step 4: Moving in.
Once your references and tenancy agreement are successfully completed, we’ll agree on a move-in date that works for you. From that point on, your dedicated ELR contact will be on hand for any maintenance requests or queries throughout your tenancy.
